1. **Mold Maintenance Before Production**:

- Tighten the screws and clamping clamps that fix the mold template.
- After mounting on the injection molding machine, perform idle mold operation to check whether each part operates flexibly and whether there are any abnormalities.
2. **Mold Maintenance During Production**:
- Maintain normal mold temperature to avoid sudden cooling and heating.
- Check the guide parts of the mold for damage every day, clean and oil them regularly.
- Ensure that the cavity is cleaned before each locking, without residual products or foreign objects.
